Climb Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading company in the Sheffield area. Reporting directly to the Production Planning Lead, this role is a key addition to our busy production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing job card routings, ensuring efficient manufacturing methods, and coordinating with departments such as Programming, Stores, and Sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing economic and efficient route cards.
- Ensuring timely issuance of documentation to the shop floor.
- Managing material and kit availability for assembly.
- Controlling rework operations and participating in pre-production meetings.
- Assisting with production scheduling and sales quotations.
Looking for a self-starter with excellent organisational skills and experience working within an ERP/MRP system environment. Experience scheduling CNC machining operations is desirable but not essential. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
