Climb Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading company in the Sheffield area\\nThe Role: Internal Salesperson\\nRole & Responsibilities:\\n * Working with designated Export accounts to generate business by converting opportunities into orders.\\n * Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.\\n * Achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to departmental objectives.\\n * Occasional travel (including overnight stays) to meet with customers and attend trade shows.\\nMain Duties:\\n * Reviewing customer specifications, calculating costings, and creating quotations.\\n * Management of customer accounts from quote to shipment.\\n * Support the Senior Salesperson with visit planning and identifying target accounts for visits.\\n * Support visits to accounts they are responsible for and potential customers.\\n * Monitor and support stock replenishment suggestions to the Sales Manager.\\n * Maintaining and updating the CRM system to enable review of customer trends and opportunities.\\n * Undertake quotation and sales order review procedures and any relevant documentation that may be required.\\n * Follow up opportunities to provide market feedback on pricing and competition activity.\\nEssential Skills/Experience\\n * Experience in working in a fast-paced sales environment.\\n * Can demonstrate negotiation and selling techniques.\\n * Excellent communication skills with a desire to build relationships face-to-face.\\n * Has experience using CRM and ERP systems and has he ability to use data to assist decision making.\\n * Ability to prioritize and manage workload.\\n * Flexibility for travel.\\n * Full UK Driving Licence.\\n * Fluent in English (Written & spoken)\\n * Fluent in a second language is desirable – preference is German.\\nPay & Benefits\\nPay and Benefits – £ DOE\\nModern office environment with free onsite parking
