Role Requirements
This is a multi-tasking role to aid the receipt and despatch of material within the Heat Treatment Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Goods receipt and despatch of material to ensure traceability of material through correct use of administration procedure.
- ID material before and after heat treatment, highlight and report any anomalies, to change-hand and or Heat Treatment Manager.
- Charge makeup / break down – Ensure correct make-up of charge in line with Heat Treatment reports.
- Straightening / Brinelling – Working to deadlines to meet customers’ demands.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
- Ability to demonstrate safe working in line with companies safe systems of work.
- Proactive in encouraging others to do the same.
- Timekeeping and Attendance.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Fork lift & Side loader driving - Training will be given.
- Manual Handling techniques – Training will be given.
