Overview

Climax Studios was established nearly 30 years ago, with an extensive history in developing digital experiences across formats and multiple awards. We are looking for a talented and highly enthusiastic Freelance Technical Sound Designer to join our award-winning development team for a short term contract starting in November.

Requirements

  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 / 5
  • Proficiency with audio middleware Wwise
  • Proficiency with Unreal Blueprints
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with C++
  • Proficiency with at least one DAW (preferably Reaper)
  • Experience with Unreal Engine\\\'s audio systems
  • Experience with current-gen console platforms

Responsibilities

  • Handle music scripting in Blueprints
  • Help solve technical audio problems
