We are looking for an experienced Motion Capture Animator to join the team. You will have an eye for detail and a feel for what works in game and proven experience in UE4 as well as extensive technical expertise with Motionbuilder, Maya and use of mocap data.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate their skills and experience in the following:
- Show a sound understanding of animation principles
- Technically competent and have a thorough understanding of animation processes
- Respond well to feedback and act upon it
- Experience implementing motion capture data
- Good communicator and at ease working within a team
- Capable of working to tight deadlines when required
- Degree, related qualification or equivalent experience in Animation
- Strong folio including examples of realistic animation
- Successfully worked with iterative development and rapid gameplay prototyping
Responsibilities:
- Fine detail cleanup of mocap assets
- Critique and iterate in a cross-discipline group
- Follow and recreate established art styles
- Reliably demonstrate an aptitude for the platform technology, asset discipline and pipeline processes
