We are looking for an experienced and passionate creature concept artist who has at least two years studio experience to join our award winning art team. This position will require an artist that is able to conceptualize monsters, beasts, and all manor of incredible creatures for our AAA games.
Requirements
- Have an excellent understanding of form and function
- Has a great eye for composition, lighting and colour theory
- Work alongside the design and production teams
- Create stunning creatures, beasts and magical monsters that capture the quality of our games
- Ability to multi-task across various projects and to create concept art from stylised to photo real
- Excellent illustration skills with the ability to create effective and coherent concept and sketch art
- Self-motivation and willingness to participate in many areas of game development
- Passion for video games and the creation of worlds, creatures and characters
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop
- Proven ability in working with grey/white box draw over development
- Portfolio that demonstrates an excellent eye for all things concept
- Strong understanding of all aspects of concept art
- Show a strong foundation in traditional drawing skills as well as have a proven track record of multiple drawing styles
