As our brilliant current manager moves to Japan, we’re looking for someone to lead the next chapter of Climax in London. This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing both our London store and our UK E-Com (which ships worldwide). You’ll manage day-to-day retail operations, online fulfilment, merchandising, inventory systems, events and partnerships.
Role requirements:
- 5 days per week (Tuesday–Saturday), London based
- 3–5 years previous retail + E-Com experience
- Strong Shopify + inventory management experience
- Operational, organised and detail-oriented
- Confident in leading events, managing client communication, and overseeing a small team
- Strong understanding of Climax’s cultural point of view and standards
