What you will do
- Build and own a high-quality pipeline through targeted outbound activities (events, outreach, campaigns), with a strong focus on conversion and deal progression.
- Lead sales opportunities end-to-end from first engagement to contract signature, including discovery, business case development, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Drive consultative, value-based sales by positioning ClimatePartner’s full offering and clearly linking sustainability to commercial impact and business value.
- Maintain full ownership of your pipeline: clear next steps, reliable forecasting, and disciplined CRM management.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to continuously improve pipeline quality and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure a smooth post-sales transition through structured and high-quality internal handovers.
Who you are
- You bring 3–6 years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing commercial role, with exposure to complex and consultative sales environments.
- You have a proven track record of progressing opportunities with multiple stakeholders across longer sales cycles.
- You operate with a strong consultative mindset, able to clearly connect sustainability topics to concrete business priorities and value drivers.
- You are commercially sharp and confident in leading negotiations, building compelling business cases, and closing deals.
- You work in a highly structured and disciplined way, maintaining clear ownership of your pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- You communicate with presence and credibility at senior‑stakeholder level, adapting your message to different audiences.
- You have native‑level English proficiency; familiarity with the UK market is beneficial but not essential.
