Für ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien suchen wir eine(n) Technische(n) Projektmanager*in mit Fokus auf Solarprojekte in Deutschland. Du wirst Teil eines engagierten Teams in München und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die späten Entwicklungs- und Bauphasen von Solarprojekten im Bereich Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Freiflächenanlagen sowie Agri-PV.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Steuerung aller externen technischen Schnittstellen in der Bauphase – z.B. Netzbetreiber (DSO/TSO), ESS-Integrator*innen, Balance of Plant, Direktvermarkter, Telekommunikationsanbieter etc.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der kaufmännischen Leitung des Solarportfolios sowie internen Teams, um Projekte qualitativ hochwertig, budgetgerecht und termintreu umzusetzen.
- Identifikation technischer Risiken und proaktive Maßnahmen zur Minimierung möglicher Auswirkungen auf Technik und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Unterstützung bei technischen Themen während der Entwicklungs- und Akquisitionsphase von Projekten – gemeinsam mit dem Development- und Investment-Team.
- Mitwirkung bei Vertragsverhandlungen mit Integratoren, Direktvermarktern und weiteren Dienstleistern.
- Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen im Bereich Solar und Batteriespeicher (BESS) sowie Durchführung entsprechender Auswirkungsanalysen.
Dein Profil
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Fachbereich (z.B. Ingenieurwesen, Physik).
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Solar- oder Speicherbranche – idealerweise als Projektmanager*in, technische Leitung o.Ä.
- Gutes Verständnis der externen Stakeholder und Schnittstellen bei Solarprojekten.
- Ausgeprägter Blick fürs Detail und die Fähigkeit, technische sowie kommerzielle Themen effizient und lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Energiemarkts und der erneuerbaren Energien – und die Motivation, Dich stetig über neue Technologien und Regulierungen zu informieren.
- Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus.
