Aufgaben
- Verantwortung fĂĽr die Entwicklung von Solar-, Windpark- und/oder Batteriespeicherprojekten bis zur Baureife; Kaltakquise von GrundstĂĽckseigentĂĽmer*innen ist ausgeschlossen.
- Durchführung von Außenterminen, Aufbau von Kontakten sowie Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen mit Grundstückseigentümer*innen, Pächter*innen, Gemeinden und Behörden.
- Koordination aller erforderlichen Genehmigungsprozesse und gezielte Begleitung dieser Abläufe.
- Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu beteiligten Parteien mit professioneller Verhandlung auf Augenhöhe.
- Überzeugendes Präsentieren der Projektvorhaben gegenüber kommunalen Amtsträger*innen und politischen Vertreter*innen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams aus Recht und Kommunikation sowie externen Dienstleistern zur Erstellung genehmigungsrelevanter Unterlagen.
Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Studium (z. B. Energietechnik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Erneuerbare Energien, Stadtplanung).
- Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von PV- oder Windpark-Projekten; Erfahrungen mit Batteriespeichersystemen sind vorteilhaft.
- Souveränes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung.
- Kenntnisse in gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden und gute MS Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools ist von Vorteil.
- Strukturierte, analytische und zugleich teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen an die Projektstandorte.
