- Leitung und Koordination des Asset-Management-Teams für Photovoltaik- und/oder Windenergieprojekte.
- Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche und kommerzielle Steuerung eines zugewiesenen Projektportfolios.
- Überwachung und Bearbeitung aller kaufmännischen Geschäftsvorfälle, Rechnungen sowie Zahlungsabwicklungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen inklusive der notwendigen Dokumentation.
- Planung und Kontrolle der Liquidität und Budgets mit Fokus auf Kostenmanagement.
- Verwaltung von Pachtverträgen und Umweltausgleichsmaßnahmen.
- Analyse und Monitoring von Leistungskennzahlen der Projekte.
- Sicherstellung lückenloser Dokumentation in Archiven, Portalen und Registern.
- Berichterstattung an Investoren, Eigentümer und Finanzinstitute.
- Verwaltung und Überwachung von Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Serviceverträgen.
- Bearbeitung von Versicherungs- und Gewährleistungsansprüchen.
- Organisation und Betreuung von Gesellschafterversammlungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Investoren, technischen Betriebsführern, Banken, Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Behörden.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Asset Management, idealerweise im Bereich erneuerbare Energien.
- Selbstständige, belastbare und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
