Climate17 is partnered with a well-established, pan-European renewable energy advisory and asset management platform to appoint a Senior BESS Advisor. The organisation has been active in the energy transition for over 15 years, supporting developers, asset owners, investors, and financial institutions across wind, solar, and energy storage assets. With a strong footprint across multiple European markets and a reputation for high-quality technical and commercial advisory, the business is now seeking to significantly scale its battery energy storage (BESS) offering. This newly created role will play a central part in supporting the company’s future growth strategy in energy storage.
This is a senior position for a commercially driven energy storage expert with the credibility to influence client strategy and contribute to building a market-leading BESS advisory platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the senior leadership team, the Senior BESS Advisor will support the development of the BESS proposition, originate new business, and deliver high-value strategic, technical, and financial advisory services across Europe. The role can be based remotely or from one of the company’s European offices, with regular travel across Europe for client meetings, internal leadership engagement, and industry events.
