A growing renewable energy business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. This role will oversee projects from permitting through construction closeout and handover to O&M, working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, inspectors, and local agencies.
The Role
- Manage project delivery across permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, contracts, RFIs, and change orders.
- Work with subcontractors, vendors, site teams, and consultants to keep projects on track.
- Support contractor agreements, takeoffs, estimating, and project reporting.
- Help resolve drawing conflicts and technical coordination issues.
- Ensure strong communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Skillset
- 4 years of project management experience.
- Background in utility-scale solar or related construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or P6.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Confident communicator with strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
