We're working with a growing international Renewable Energy EPC business that's looking to hire a Procurement Coordinator to support the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects across the U.S.
We're looking for someone with:
- Procurement experience within a Utility-Scale Solar EPC environment
- Experience sourcing solar PV equipment and working with suppliers
- Strong knowledge of RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier negotiations and contract compliance
- Experience coordinating logistics and managing procurement through project delivery
- ERP procurement system experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
What you'll be doing:
- Managing supplier communications, RFQs and procurement activities
- Coordinating the purchasing and delivery of key project equipment
- Supporting procurement strategy across multiple utility-scale projects
- Working closely with Engineering, Construction and Project Management teams
- Monitoring supplier performance, pricing and delivery schedules
- Assisting with contracts, import/export documentation and international logistics
