We're working with a growing international Renewable Energy EPC business that's looking to hire a Procurement Coordinator to support the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects across the U.S.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Procurement experience within a Utility-Scale Solar EPC environment
  • Experience sourcing solar PV equipment and working with suppliers
  • Strong knowledge of RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier negotiations and contract compliance
  • Experience coordinating logistics and managing procurement through project delivery
  • ERP procurement system experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing supplier communications, RFQs and procurement activities
  • Coordinating the purchasing and delivery of key project equipment
  • Supporting procurement strategy across multiple utility-scale projects
  • Working closely with Engineering, Construction and Project Management teams
  • Monitoring supplier performance, pricing and delivery schedules
  • Assisting with contracts, import/export documentation and international logistics
