b Overview /b p As a HSE Advisor for onshore wind and solar sites, you will develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental plans to keep projects compliant and efficient. You will collaborate with contractors and engineers to uphold safety standards and drive continuous improvement. Your work reduces risk, protects workers, and supports the client’s decarbonisation initiatives. This role offers impact across multiple renewable energy sites and a pathway to lead safety culture. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li bonus /li li benefits package /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support the development, implementation and maintenance of Health Safety policies aligned with UK regulations /li li Coordinate with contractors, engineers and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance /li li Develop and implement Health Safety and Environmental Plans and Emergency Response Plans for projects /li li Conduct site inspections and audits; monitor project progress and report to management /li li Maintain and apply risk assessments with control measures through construction /li li Implement action plans for preventive and corrective actions at solar and wind farms /li li Coordinate and implement emergency procedures /li li Provide guidance on method statements, safe systems of work and updated legislation /li li Define local HSE training plans and deliver training to workers /li li Manage, monitor and analyse HSE performance data /li li Investigate accidents and incidents and identify improvement actions /li li Identify hazards, evaluate risks and support environmental risk control /li li Contribute to safety awareness initiatives internally and externally /li li Review and validate HSE requirements in contracts during development phase /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li HSE experience in renewables, especially solar and wind /li li Solid understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and their on-site implementation /li li Experience developing and implementing safety and environmental procedures /li li Experience conducting site inspections and audits /li li Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems /li li Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and guidance for high-risk activities /li li Occupational Health Safety Diploma or equivalent /li li NEBOSH General Certificate /li /ul ul li coordination with multiple stakeholders /li li guidance and training delivery /li li analytical thinking for data-driven improvements /li li CDM 2015 implementation /li li ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 awareness /li li hse risk assessment and control measures /li /ul
