Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join their London team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking to further develop their technical expertise within a sustainability-led consultancy environment. Working within a multidisciplinary MEP team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of electrical building services across a wide range of sectors and project types, supporting projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion. You'll gain exposure to technically challenging projects, receive structured support towards professional accreditation, and play an active role in delivering innovative solutions that contribute to a more sustainable built environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver electrical building services solutions across multiple project sectors
  • Support projects throughout all RIBA stages from concept design through to completion
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, sustainability, architectural, and structural teams
  • Attend client meetings and design team workshops
  • Carry out site inspections and construction-stage monitoring
  • Produce technical calculations, reports, and design documentation
  • Utilise digital engineering tools including Revit, BlueBeam, and ProDesign
  • Support and mentor graduate engineers as part of ongoing team development
  • Contribute to the delivery of innovative, sustainable engineering solutions

About You

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • Experience working within a UK-based MEP consultancy environment
  • Strong understanding of electrical building services design principles
  • Experience delivering projects across a range of RIBA stages
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within project teams
  • Experience using digital design tools such as Revit, BlueBeam, and ProDesign
  • A relevant engineering degree
  • Progress towards professional chartership (or readiness to apply)
