They are seeking a Technical Analyst to join their growing technical team, contributing to quantitative modelling, research, and analytical platform development. This role is ideal for someone with strong energy market knowledge, advanced modelling capability, and solid programming skills who enjoys solving complex commercial problems.
- Develop and enhance models for asset valuation, dispatch optimisation, and revenue forecasting across energy markets
- Build and maintain price forecasting and scenario analysis models
- Conduct market analysis to support short- and long-term pricing views
- Develop internal analytical tools, automation workflows, and data infrastructure
- Manage SQL-based datasets and improve modelling efficiency through process optimisation
- Apply AI tools to support research and analytical workflows
