About us

Climate X is a purpose-driven technology company, backed by GV (Google Ventures), Western Technologies, Commerz Ventures, Pale Blue Dot, Deloitte, and other world-class investors. We’re a wonderfully diverse, growing team with physical offices in London and New York City. Demand for Climate X is growing fast, and we need to build our team! You’ll be at the front of a nascent industry, working as part of a fantastic and diverse team, doing things that you can be proud of.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual to keep our office running smoothly and our team social calendar lively. This is a hands-on, part-time role that touches everything from snack orders and supplier coordination to planning team events — you’ll be the person who makes Climate X a great place to be.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the office, ensuring the space is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times
  • Manage snack and supply ordering, keeping kitchen and communal areas refreshed and within budget
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaners, maintenance contractors, and repair suppliers — coordinating schedules and following up on jobs
  • Support the planning and logistics of office social events, both internal (in-office gatherings) and external (team outings)
  • Help maintain and manage the social events calendar, flagging upcoming dates and coordinating bookings or RSVPs
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key suppliers, managing communications and resolving issues promptly

What we’re looking for

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Confident communicator — comfortable liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders alike
  • Previous experience in an office management, PA, events, or facilities coordination role is advantageous
  • Able to self-manage, prioritise, and problem-solve with minimal supervision
  • Enthusiastic about creating a positive, welcoming office environment and team culture

This is a part-time role based at our London office, requiring two days per week on-site — we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and start immediately.
