- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to communicate model risk findings, recommend improvements, and support transparency and trust in our modelling approach.
- Support model performance monitoring and issue resolution processes.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the MRM framework by updating MRM governance policies and standards.
Essential Skills

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Experience in model risk, validation, governance, or development-ideally within a financial services, banking, or regulated environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics or the development/validation of statistical models.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with regulatory model risk standards such as PRA SS1/23 and SR 11-7.
- Understanding of climate modelling, climate risk scenarios, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of macroeconomics and/or IFRS 9 / CRD IV modelling practices.
