As a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer, you’ll own the customer journey from implementation to expansion. You’ll ensure smooth onboarding, robust integrations, and lasting success for our global banking, asset management, private equity and advisory clients.

You will:

  • Lead technical onboarding for new clients - integration + data connectivity, configuration, technical validation to drive time-to-value in partnership with CSM.
  • Deliver client training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops as part of onboarding.
  • Provide proactive technical support and troubleshooting to customers if not resolved through support, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Science as needed.
  • Deliver the services and deliverables agreed as part of the customer contract aligned to the agreed scope, timelines, and SLAs.
  • Scope Professional Services opportunities with the Professional Services Lead for existing customers and execute on them as per agreed scope, timelines, and SLAs.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers that drive renewals and expansions supporting CSMs/AEs with technical validation for expansion use cases as required.
  • Analyze client usage patterns and feedback to identify product-improvement opportunities.
  • Delineate between commercial CSM and technical SEs in effective pod structure.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in financial services, ESG, or climate-risk data domains.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, JIRA, or similar.
  • Prior exposure to working with geospatial data.
  • A genuine passion for helping clients use technology to build climate resilience.
  • Flexibility with travel, for client visits.
