- We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual to keep our office running smoothly and our team social calendar lively.
- This is a hands-on, part-time role that touches everything from snack orders and supplier coordination to planning team events — you’ll be the person who makes Climate X a great place to be.
- Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the office, ensuring the space is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times.
- Manage snack and supply ordering, keeping kitchen and communal areas refreshed and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaners, maintenance contractors, and repair suppliers — coordinating schedules and following up on jobs.
- Support the planning and logistics of office social events, both internal (in-office gatherings) and external (team outings).
- Help maintain and manage the social events calendar, flagging upcoming dates and coordinating bookings or RSVPs.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key suppliers, managing communications and resolving issues promptly.
