Climate X is a leading climate risk intelligence company helping financial institutions, asset managers, insurers, real estate organisations and global enterprises understand the financial impacts of climate change and ingrain resilience into their operations.

As we continue to grow, we’re searching for an exceptional Growth Marketer to help scale our demand generation engine and contribute directly to revenue growth.

The Role

Growth at Climate X is about much more than generating leads.

You’ll own the marketing engine that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline across our global business.

From launching integrated campaigns and scaling paid acquisition, to improving conversion rates and building insightful reporting, you’ll help shape how we reach and grow our audience.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You'll think strategically, execute at pace and continually look for smarter ways of working.

You might be analysing campaign performance in Hub Spot and Looker Studio, collaborating with Product Marketing on a product launch, coordinating webinars with internal teams and partners, optimising Linked In campaigns, or building AI-powered workflows that automate everything from submission to nurture.

If you love solving problems, testing ideas and seeing your work directly influence commercial growth, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll take ownership of our growth marketing programme, helping us drive qualitative demand, improve performance and scale efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Planning and delivering integrated demand generation campaigns.
  • Managing paid media across Linked In, Google, Microsoft and other digital channels.
  • Building reporting dashboards in Hub Spot and Looker Studio and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Improving website conversion rates through testing, optimisation and experimentation.
  • Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Customer Success to maximise commercial impact.
  • Managing agencies and external partners to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes through AI and automation.
  • AI, Automation & Modern Marketing

We’re looking for someone who already uses AI as part of their everyday workflow.

Whether it’s accelerating research, analysing campaign performance, creating first drafts, automating repetitive tasks or building smarter workflows, you’ll see AI as a practical tool that helps you deliver better work, faster.

Experience using tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, n8n or similar platforms is a must. More importantly, you’ll be curious, adaptable and always looking for better ways to work.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve spent at least five years in growth, demand generation or performance marketing, ideally within B2B Saa S, enterprise software, fintech, climate technology or another complex technology business.

You’re equally comfortable discussing pipeline with Sales, presenting results to leadership or diving into campaign performance.

You’ll have experience with platforms including Hub Spot, Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, along with SEO and conversion optimisation tools.

Beyond technical skills, you’re someone who naturally brings order to complexity.

You’re an excellent communicator, an exceptional project manager and someone colleagues trust to keep work moving forward.

Experience marketing to financial institutions or enterprise organisations would be an advantage, as would being bilingual or multilingual.
