We’re looking for an experienced marketer with a strong understanding of the voluntary carbon market

  • You’ll shape how our carbon projects and climate solutions are positioned and presented, developing compelling propositions that help organisations take ambitious climate action through high-integrity climate solutions that deliver measurable impact for people and the planet
  • This is a five-month fixed-term opportunity to provide paternity cover.

It offers the chance to make an immediate impact during an exciting period for the business.

Working across strategy and delivery, you’ll lead a major refresh of our project marketing materials, and shape the way our portfolio is presented across every client touchpoint

  • Working alongside experts from across the business, you’ll transform complex technical information into engaging stories, exceptional content and compelling design that build confidence, differentiate our offering and showcase the climate, nature and community outcomes our projects deliver
  • Lead strategy for positioning and categorisation of our project portfolio
  • Influence prioritisation of projects for market focus in collaboration with operations, sales and PR teams
  • Support the positioning and communication of our added value services (quality assurance, advice, risk management, financial mechanisms, brand value, certification) through the website, pitch and RFP decks and other sales and promotional channels
  • Develop high-quality collateral for priority projects across formats and maintain a core materials suite for all marketable projects
  • Ensure project and service information is well presented across website, client hub, sales platforms and internal tools
  • Equip internal teams with high-quality project and service sales materials to drive conversion
  • Support clients with provision of project and service update information
  • Pioneer use of technology and AI for scalable project/product content
  • Manage the data flow of project information and assets across platforms, including our internal asset management system, bespoke portfolio builder and client dashboard
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Engagement Manager to develop and deliver project and service promotions through channels including email, newsletters, webinars, events, advertising, the website and social media
  • Work with the PR Team and Corporate Marketing Manager to secure endorsements for our projects and services, and opportunities to promote our team’s expertise and experience through PR, awards, articles, speaking opportunities and other thought leadership channels as a key part of our USP
  • Showcase our projects and services in a way that resonates with our target market and drives engagement and inbound leads
  • Strong market perception of portfolio quality and differentiation
  • Increased demand for, and internal focus on, priority projects
  • Strengthened supplier relationships through evidence of world-class project promotion, supporting sourcing team negotiations
  • Improved client retention through better quality materials to showcase the impact of their work with us
