- As a Senior Insights Manager you will establish a market insight capability that helps Climate Impact Partners better understand buyer trends, purchasing drivers, motivations and future market expectations across the voluntary carbon market
- The primary focus of the role is to generate actionable insight that supports smarter supply-side purchasing and portfolio decisions, while also informing broader commercial strategy, positioning and competitive differentiation
- This is not a traditional data analyst role.
The emphasis is on connecting fragmented information across the organisation, identifying meaningful trends and translating insight into practical commercial recommendations
- At the end of this 6 month contract you will also recommend how this activity is continued within the organisation at the end of the period.
Potentially helping set the framework to establish a permanent function and leave a lasting legacy to improve the impact of our work
- Audit and document existing market, customer and commercial insight sources across the organisation
- Identify and report on buyer trends influencing purchasing behaviour and future market demand
- Gather and synthesise insight from sales activity, campaigns, customer conversations, Customer Advisory Boards, webinars and market research
- Develop monthly tactical and quarterly strategic insight reporting for leadership and commercial teams
- Analyse buyer motivations, objections and barriers to support portfolio, positioning and sales strategy
- Monitor competitor positioning, market developments and wider industry trends
- Establish repeatable processes for insight collection, reporting and cross-functional sharing
- Work with IT, Rev Ops and commercial teams to connect insight and data sources across multiple systems and platforms
- Help bridge insight gaps between Salesforce CRM, DIAS, campaign platforms and wider market intelligence sources
- Identify research gaps and commission/manage external research support where needed
