  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs, pipeline health, sales productivity, and attainment against targets.
  • Segment performance by rep, region, and product to uncover opportunities for coaching or reallocation.
  • Support sales leadership in pipeline hygiene efforts to ensure accuracy and forecasting confidence.
  • Monitor new business vs. expansion funnels to help drive appropriate strategy and resource allocation.

  • Use AI tools (including Claude and Claude Code) to accelerate analysis, reporting, and documentation, partnering with the Digital team to stay aligned on best practices and tool capabilities.
  • Partner with the Digital team, who own our Claude/AI tooling and core platforms (including Salesforce, D365, and Business Central), to identify new use cases for AI within Rev Ops and ensure adoption follows agreed governance and workflows.
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting Support

  • Provide data-backed recommendations to inform strategy and improve GTM alignment.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
