THE ROLE
Your Impact
We are looking for a Marketing Content Creator to join our fast-paced and growing team on a temporary contract. This role will increase our capability to create high-quality marketing content for use across multiple channels, as well as professional sales team collateral. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their career in the sustainability sector, working closely with a collaborative team and gaining exposure to meaningful, impact-driven work. This role will be a fixed-term contract for 3 months initially, with the potential to be extended.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Execution & Marketing Support: Support marketing campaigns across email, sales enablement, and digital channels by creating relevant content and assets. Collaborate with campaign owners to ensure content supports campaign objectives and audience needs.
- Content Creation & Design: Quickly interpret complex ideas into simply compelling language and visuals through professional, on‑brand slide decks and presentations in PowerPoint for sales and marketing teams. Design engaging marketing assets using Canva and In‑design including one‑pagers, social media graphics, and video content.
- Marketing Copywriting & Editing: Write clear, compelling marketing copy for campaigns including emails, newsletters, website pages, blogs, social media posts, reports and sales materials. Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with brand tone of voice. Proofread and quality‑check all content to maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Marketing Technology & Automation: Use Salesforce, Stripo and Account Engagement (Pardot) to build and send marketing emails. Set up basic automations and campaign workflows to support marketing initiatives. Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking.
- Webinar & Event Delivery: Create, manage, and support the delivery of webinars, including end‑to‑end setup and coordination. Develop webinar descriptions and promotional content to drive attendance and engagement. Support post‑webinar follow‑up activities, including content repurposing and campaign assets.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and wider teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging and strategic objectives. Support stakeholders by delivering high‑quality materials that enable sales and marketing effectiveness. Other tasks as directed by the Campaign Manager and Marketing Director.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
- Experience taking complex subjects and creating simple and compelling marketing content in a B2B environment.
- Strong copywriting skills, with an excellent grasp of English and the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging B2B marketing content.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, visually engaging slide decks.
- Hands‑on experience with Canva for design and video content.
- Proven experience using Salesforce, including Account Engagement (Pardot), email sends, and automation.
- Excellent attention to detail, with confidence in proofreading and quality control.
- Experience managing content through a CMS including uploading, formatting, and publishing website pages or updates.
- Experience of asset management systems e.g. Mindtickle.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
Desirable:
- A strong design eye and understanding of visual storytelling.
- Experience with additional content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience or interest in sustainability, climate, or the voluntary carbon market.
- Background in marketing for technology, finance, or SaaS businesses.
