As an FP&A Manager with Climate Impact Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving climate action by partnering closely with the executive directors and supporting commercial decision making, by improving the flow of information, analysing operational efficiency and improving commercial foresight.
The position requires you to be proactive, motivated and a forward-thinking analyst, capable of using your own initiative to help continuously improve processes, efficiency and management insight.
- Business partner to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Corporate Affairs & Impact Officer.
- Providing effective support on investment cases, day to day running and process decisions.
- Preparation and support for annual and long-term financial planning, budgets and forecasts including Bookings to GAAP revenue modelling.
- Produce scenario analysis and strategic commentary.
- Production of monthly group board reporting.
- Lead weekly revenue pacing and flash reporting, identifying margin and growth opportunities.
- Support Go-To-Market modelling, funnel analysis and ROI tracking.
- Drive accuracy, visibility and timeliness of reporting through the implementation of standardised reporting and automation.
- Designing and monitoring of effective KPIs to optimise performance & profitability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives including roll‑out of new IT reporting solutions (e.g. KPI reporting into Power BI).
- Ad-hoc business analysis.
