You'll provide proactive executive support, help streamline communication across the leadership team, and contribute to internal culture and engagement initiatives that connect our global teams and reinforce our purpose. This is a high-visibility role with touchpoints across the business, from board and investor interactions to internal communications and company-wide events. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications, this role will also help shape how we celebrate our people, communicate our successes, and bring our culture to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Group CEO and Senior Leadership Team, managing complex diaries, meetings, and priorities across multiple time zones.
  • Manage and monitor several busy inboxes, ensuring clear prioritisation and effective communication flow across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Senior Leadership and Board meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up on key actions.
  • Partner closely with Marketing & Communications to help deliver internal communications, all-staff updates, and culture-focused initiatives that connect and engage our global teams.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of internal events and employee engagement activities, fostering a vibrant, mission-aligned company culture.

  • Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO when required, tracking and driving actions forward.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide occasional personal assistance to the CEO as needed to ensure focus on strategic priorities.
  • Managing and monitoring three busy inboxes, screening out low and high priority communications.
  • Full diary management coordinating internal and external meetings in person and online across multiple time zones.
  • Working with stakeholders to coordinate speaking engagements and media interviews, often at short notice.

  • Attending when possible meetings in place of CEO to assist with actions.
  • Escalating and delegating review of relevant documents to ensure efficient use of CEO's time.
  • Assist with personal tasks.
