This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team at the intersection of technology and climate leadership, helping organisations transition to a low-carbon future.

As a Business Development Executive, SME, you’ll play a key role in the sales cycle—from identifying and engaging prospective users, to guiding them through the onboarding process, and supporting ongoing client success. You’ll work as part of a dynamic, client-facing global team that supports growth, retention, and engagement across our offerings. This is an entry-level quota carrying role reporting to our Head of Client Solutions – UK & RoW, and collaborating closely with the global business development teams.

You’ll be exposed to every stage of the sales funnel and develop hands-on experience with key sales tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, commercially curious, and passionate about the role digital tools can play in solving the climate challenge. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, and keen to develop client-centric solutions through a consultative, data-informed approach.

  • Deliver compelling, professional digital presentations and product walk-throughs for clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to manage client renewals and platform engagement, supporting high retention and usage rates.
  • Generate outbound opportunities through referrals, campaigns, and market research.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, video calls, social media, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Keep the CRM system (Salesforce) up to date and manage accurate sales and customer activity pipelines.
  • Participate in the design and execution of new digital sales processes and client onboarding journeys.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in digital sustainability tools and climate-related solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer feedback loops.
