YOUR IMPACT: As an FP&A Analyst with Climate Impact Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving climate action by partnering closely with the executive directors and supporting commercial decision making, by improving the flow of information, analysing operational efficiency and improving commercial foresight. The position requires you to be proactive, motivated and a forwardâthinking analyst, capable of using your own initiative to help continuously improve processes, efficiency and management insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Corporate Affairs & Impact Officer.
- Preparation and support for annual and longâterm financial planning, budgets and forecasts including Bookings to GAAP revenue modelling.
- Produce scenario analysis.
- Production of monthly group board reporting.
- Support weekly revenue pacing and flash reporting, identifying margin and growth opportunities.
- Support GoâToâMarket modelling, funnel analysis and ROI tracking.
- Improve accuracy, visibility and timeliness of reporting through the implementation of standardised reporting and automation.
- Maintain and monitor Business KPIs, ensuring definitions are consistent and performance measures are up to date.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives including rollâout of new IT reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI).
- Adâhoc business analysis.
What We Are Looking For:
- A qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with 1+ years PQE.
- Proven experience with advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
- An advanced user of Excel and capable of managing large data sets.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Progressive experience in an analytical, accounting or finance business partnering role.
- A highly organised and proactive individual.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex financial topics into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and influence key stakeholders.
