With over 25 years of industry experience and a relentless drive for rapid action and results, we have made it our mission to urgently ensure a thriving future for all life on earth. We do this by providing an end‐to‐end service that delivers high‐quality, thoroughly vetted climate projects which reduce carbon emissions, improve health and livelihoods, and enhance biodiversity. Together with our clients and project partners we have been responsible for the reduction or removal of more than 144 million tCO2e.

What Sets Us Apart

  • Boundless, urgent ambition. We are accountable, relentless, resilient.
  • Courage to innovate. We are courageous, creative, curious.
  • Integrity without compromise. We are trustworthy, credible, committed.
  • Empowered to serve. We are respectful, inclusive, collaborative.

The Role

Our CEO has spent her career partnering with global businesses to scale climate solutions. With a strong focus on clients, partnerships, and measurable impact, she leads our mission to accelerate the global transition to a low‐carbon economy. As part of this mission‐driven, fast‐growing business, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our leaders to operate at their best. You will provide proactive executive support, help streamline communication across the leadership team, and contribute to internal culture and engagement initiatives that connect our global teams and reinforce our purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Group CEO and Senior Leadership Team, managing complex diaries, meetings, and priorities across multiple time zones.
  • Manage and monitor several busy inboxes, ensuring clear prioritisation and effective communication flow across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Senior Leadership and Board meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow‐up on key actions.
  • Partner closely with Marketing & Communications to deliver internal communications, all‐staff updates, and culture‐focused initiatives that connect and engage our global teams.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of internal events and employee engagement activities, fostering a vibrant, mission‐aligned company culture.
  • Collaborate on marketing and external event logistics, including arranging travel, preparing materials, and supporting speaking engagements or media appearances.
  • Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and SLT, ensuring efficient, well‐organised itineraries.
  • Provide coordination support for the London office, liaising with the serviced office provider to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations and support for office‐based meetings or events.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, SLT, Board, and wider business—ensuring follow‐up on priorities, accurate information flow, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO when required, tracking and driving actions forward.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide occasional personal assistance to the CEO as needed to ensure focus on strategic priorities.
  • Manage and monitor three busy inboxes, screening out low‐ and high‐priority communications.
  • Full diary management coordinating internal and external meetings in person and online across multiple time zones.
  • Work with stakeholders to coordinate speaking engagements and media interviews, often at short notice.
  • Help coordinate internal social events and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate Senior Management Team meetings and manage accompanying actions.
  • Work with marketing to arrange and ship marketing materials for events and travel for speaking engagements.
  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Help manage office, including working with the serviced office provider to support office events or meetings and resolve issues.
  • Work with the Board to produce agendas, minutes, and keep track of follow‐ups on actions.
  • Support international senior staff during visits to the London office.
  • Attend meetings in place of the CEO to assist with actions when possible.
  • Escalate and delegate review of relevant documents to ensure efficient use of the CEO's time.
  • Assist with personal tasks.
  • Full oversight of office management – the office is serviced, so this is more coordination than full office management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to proactively manage diaries across multiple time zones.
  • Professional and confident in communication, in person, over phone and e‐mail.
  • Solid and transferable experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrates the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Meticulous with timings and attention to detail especially across time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong use of initiative and ability to use professional discretion at all times.
  • Approachable and cooperative with all staff and stakeholders.
  • Organised self‐starter with excellent time‐management skills.
  • Self‐motivated and able to multi‐task effectively.
  • Continually demonstrates application of group policies and relevant regulatory framework.
  • Confidence to introduce own processes to make the most of the CEO's time.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Financial Sector or Climate experience desirable but not necessary, alongside a knowledge of or willingness to learn about the key players in the industry.

Perks

  • 25 days paid holiday.
  • Private Health Insurance.
  • Enhanced Pension Scheme.
  • Bonus Scheme (subject to company and individual performance).
  • Enhanced Parental Leave.
  • Green Commute Bike Scheme.
  • LinkedIn Learning License & Professional Training Budgets.
  • Summer Fridays.
  • Working from abroad (up to 4 weeks a year).
  • Global Volunteering Day.
  • Modern, state‐of‐the‐art office in Paddington, London, which is dog friendly and includes showers, a mother’s feeding room, a wellness room and barista coffee bar.
