YOUR IMPACT
As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable pipeline growth by strengthening the organisation’s digital presence across key markets. You will be accountable for developing and optimising high‑performing digital channels to consistently generate qualified inbound demand, ensuring sustained contribution to commercial objectives during a critical phase of growth. Alongside demand generation, you will shape and embed a data‑driven, performance‑led marketing culture—bringing together SEO/GEO, paid media, and web optimisation to build scalable, efficient acquisition engines. By continuously improving targeting, content discoverability, and campaign effectiveness, you will ensure marketing investments translate into tangible business outcomes.
Working cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will strengthen the alignment between brand, demand generation, and digital execution. Through close collaboration with marketing, product, PR, RevOps, and engagement teams, you will ensure a seamless end‑to‑end digital experience that attracts, converts, and nurtures high‑quality leads. Leveraging strong analytical capability and a test‑and‑learn mindset, you will improve visibility across the marketing funnel, enabling clearer attribution, actionable insights, and ongoing optimisation of campaigns, content, and user journeys. Your leadership will directly contribute to increased conversion rates, improved campaign ROI, and a more efficient, scalable inbound engine.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketing leader with strong strategic and operational expertise, a track record of driving growth through digital channels, and a passion for building integrated, high‑performing marketing ecosystems that deliver sustained pipeline and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Online Visibility: Drive online visibility. Improving traffic to our website and engagement with webinars and content through: SEO/GEO strategy and implementation, Digital advertising to attract and convert priority audiences – LI, Google Ads, Retargeting, Creating and optimizing landing pages to drive conversion.
- Website Ownership & Conversion Optimisation: Own and manage our websites and landing pages. Optimising content and UX to convert traffic to inbound leads.
- Agency Management: Manage expert agencies: Website, SEO, Advertising.
- Digital Ecosystem Integration: Work with our digital team to ensure integration of other external facing digital platforms across the business, providing a seamless user experience for our stakeholders.
- Performance Management & Optimisation: Actively manage and improve website performance, tracking traffic sources, effective pages and tactics to improve conversion. Track, report and improve performance across digital channels and measure and report impact through the marketing funnel. Demonstrate measurable ROI in increased pipeline. Provide insights to improve campaigns and content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Director of Marketing to ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy. Collaborate with Marketing Engagement Manager, Demand Generation and RevOps team to ensure timely follow up of all inbound leads and implement feedback loops to improve quality. Partner with PR team to ensure consistent messaging and the right combination of PR, awards, events and organic social media to increase our brand presence and drive traffic to our website. Engage with the Engagement team to optimise content by providing regular feedback on performance and improvement suggestions. Support the Demand Generation Team in their outbound activity through digital advertising and nurture campaigns. Work with Project Marketing Manager to adequately showcase our projects and service offers across our digital platforms and support product led promotions.

- Proven experience in a senior business development leadership role, preferably within the environmental or sustainability sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, expanding market share, and leading strategic initiatives in regional or international markets.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high‑performing teams.
- A continuous track record of hitting and exceeding targets is critical, combined with strong influencing skills.
- Structured key account management leadership skills.
- A track record of driving fast growth in a B2B market with the ability to develop opportunities and relationships to drive growth across a technical industry.
- Dedicated to providing best‑in‑class services to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to travel within the EMEA & UK&I region as needed.
- In‑depth knowledge of the carbon markets, sustainability, or related fields is highly desirable.
