Are you ready to help drive outstanding member engagement for one of the world's leading corporate electric vehicle networks? We are looking for a proactive and delivery focused Engagement Officer to join the EV100 team at Climate Group. You will own the day to day operations of the programme, manage relationships with our global network of corporate members, lead on annual reporting, and help us deliver a world class member experience. If you enjoy making complex programmes run smoothly and want to work at the heart of the corporate clean transport transition, we would love to hear from you.

EV100 helps companies accelerate the transition to electric mobility. As part of Climate Group's transport portfolio, the programme works with over 100 leading businesses across 140 markets to turn fleet electrification commitments into measurable action. We are at an important moment: strengthening member experience and retention while preparing for the next phase of growth.

The Engagement Officer sits at the heart of this work, supporting the day to day operations and running of the EV100 programme so that every member receives clear value and a consistent, professional service. You will work closely with the Senior Engagement Manager, who oversees the engagement team and leads on strategy, recruitment, and senior member relationships. This role is hands on, varied, and suited to someone who enjoys making complex programmes run smoothly and takes genuine pride in operational excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Own EV100 membership operations across the full member lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing engagement, reporting, renewal support, and exit where relevant.
  • Act as the central operational point of contact for EV100 members on delivery and service matters, ensuring enquiries are responded to appropriately and connected to the right colleagues where needed.
  • Own the end to end delivery of the EV100 annual reporting process, including planning timelines, coordinating inputs, managing contributors, and ensuring outputs are delivered to agreed standards and deadlines.
  • Coordinate member touchpoints including one to ones, clinics, and briefings, and capture outcomes in our internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date member information and contacts across our CRM and Airtable systems, owning the quality and integrity of this data.
  • Support the delivery of an effective member engagement cadence that aligns with EV100 priorities, member segmentation, and the value proposition.
  • Oversee the delivery of regular member communications, including the monthly member bulletin and other updates, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with EV100 priorities.
  • Support the EV100 events calendar by scoping UK and international opportunities and coordinating logistics, communications, and follow up for member events and touchpoints.
  • Maintain and improve clear processes, guidance, and documentation for membership operations to ensure high standards, continuity, and reduced reliance on individual knowledge.
  • Contribute to international cross programme projects and scoped initiatives set by the Senior Engagement Manager.

As a mission-driven organisation, we may ask colleagues to take on temporary assignments or secondments in a different team to support organisational priorities. We see these as opportunities for development and internal mobility, managed transparently and with appropriate support. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, international environment, where a diversity of perspectives and experiences is valued and encouraged.

About you

We value strengths and a passion for learning – if you meet most of the criteria below, we encourage you to apply.

  • Operations experience supporting programmes, member services, or customer success, ideally in a membership, stakeholder, or B2B environment.
  • Strong CRM ownership experience, with the ability to manage data quality, maintain contact lists, and improve system usage across a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to priorities, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines, including supporting end to end delivery of complex processes such as annual reporting cycles.
  • Experience coordinating across teams and functions to deliver complex outputs.
  • Comfortable working directly with corporate stakeholders and handling member queries professionally and responsively.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive, problem solving mindset and a practical approach to getting things done.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment with change and shifting priorities.
  • Commitment to the mission of Climate Group and a good understanding of our areas of work.

Desirable

  • Sales exposure such as business development, sales development, or renewal support, with comfort in working with pipelines, proposals, and follow ups.
  • Start up or scale up experience, with a strong drive to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to iterate quickly.
  • Customer success or account support experience in B2B settings, including working with health signals and playbooks.
  • Strong written communication skills producing crisp emails, invitations, and member facing copy.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Airtable, data tools including Excel or Google Sheets, and digital tools for content management and webinar delivery.
  • Cross cultural communication experience, including working across time zones and regions such as LATAM, Africa, Asia, and North America.
  • Knowledge of transport decarbonisation, electric vehicles, or corporate sustainability.
