  • A Natural Capital Fund, investing in sustainable agriculture, forestry and environmental assets in developed economies.
  • A Nature Based Carbon Fund, offering access to global nature-based carbon projects that generate high integrity carbon credits.
  • A Carbon Nature Fund managed on behalf of Apple’s Restore Fund, combining financial returns with impact.

We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our global team for a contract term in London. In this role, you will support the investment team on deal underwriting, execution and management for our Nature Carbon Fund. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support transaction execution, financial modelling and due diligence engagement.
  • Support deal approvals including contributing to investment committee papers.
  • Support on pipeline building and management.
  • Develop and manage operational benchmarking tools.
  • Provide portfolio management support post transaction execution.
  • Support with fund administrative requests.
  • Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Conduct financial analysis and valuation of companies, assets, and investment opportunities.

You’ll love this role if you want to participate in the scaling and acceleration of nature-based projects to combat climate change and biodiversity loss. Essential skills include:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of alternative investments, fixed income, and portfolio management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred skills include experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital or project finance, and knowledge of project finance for carbon reduction initiatives.
