As a dynamic and growing company, Climarite Refrigeration Ltd is currently recruiting for an administrative assistant to provide support to its back-office team. The role is office-based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire (J4 M58) and is 40 hours per week.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Processing invoices
- Helping to produce financial & management reports
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and other team members
- Scheduling and dispatching work
- Gathering prices and quoting for jobs
- Ordering parts and equipment
- Support and report to Office Manager
