We're looking for a General Manager for The Cliftonville in the North Norfolk coastline town of Cromer. The Cliftonville has 30 bedrooms (all with sea views), a ballroom used for events and weddings, multiple private spaces as well as a terrace overlooking the coast. The bar and lounge have been recently refurbished and there are plenty of bookable spaces to grow sales.

We're looking for a General Manager with experience running pubs with rooms to take the helm in this beautiful business.

Running a Pub for Young's: We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes! You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
