As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first friendly face our clients see when they walk through our doors, and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone. You\’ll play a vital role in making every client and pet feel valued, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive.
About the role:
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and booking appointments
- Registering new clients and updating records accurately
- Dispensing medications and completing insurance forms
- Processing payments and supporting debt control
- Handling potentially sensitive or distressing situations with empathy and discretion
- Being a key part of our client care journey and helping the practice run smoothly
