At Clifton Trade Bathrooms, we don’t just sell bathrooms we build winning teams. We’re expanding fast and looking for an energetic, hands-on Branch Manager to lead a team in the Slough area.

What you’ll be doing:
- Running your branch like it’s your own business in a competitive, sales-focused environment
- Building strong relationships with traders and customers
- Recruiting, training and leading a small, motivated team to hit targets
- Driving profitability through sales, margin growth and cost control
- Creating a winning culture we work hard, but we have fun doing it
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and repeat sales to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Full P&L responsibility for your branch
- Hire, train and develop your own branch team
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements
What we’re looking for:
- A people-focused leader who knows how to get the best out of a team
- A proven sales professional who enjoys exceeding targets
- Someone who is resilient, driven and thrives on success

- A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training)
