We're expanding fast and looking for an energetic, hands-on Branch Manager to lead a team within the Oxfordshire area.
- £35,478 basic salary with uncapped bonus (OTE £50,000)

Running your branch like it's your own business, with full P&L responsibility in a competitive, sales-focused environment. Building strong relationships with traders and customers to win new business and generate repeat sales. Recruiting, training and leading a small, motivated team to deliver outstanding results. A customer-first mindset - we pride ourselves on top-tier service. A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training). You'll ideally come from a KBB, trade, DIY or building supplies background. If you've got the right attitude and a proven sales record, we'll teach you the rest.
