- A hands‑on approach
- Strong relationship‑building skills across all levels of the business
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly between sites
- Someone who thrives where processes are evolving rather than rigid
What you’ll get in return?
A competitive salary, a company car, life assurance x4 salary, virtual GP appointments, employee assistance programme, high street discounts, enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave, free breakfast every Friday!
If you’re an HR Manager who enjoys building relationships, handling real‑world challenges, enjoys variety, autonomy and the chance to shape the future, who wants to work in a business that values personality as much as process, we’d love to hear from you.
