We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join the highly regarded Corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in high-profile transactions, advising a diverse client base including private and public companies, private equity firms, investors, and entrepreneurs across a range of industries.

As a senior associate, you will have the opportunity to lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers, while developing your own profile within the firm. You will play a key role in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, joint ventures, and corporate advisory matters, working alongside experienced partners in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Corporate team is widely recognised for delivering commercially focused, high-quality legal advice on a wide range of corporate transactions. They work with a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, multinational corporations, private equity firms, and institutional investors. The team has extensive experience across M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, regularly handling high-value and complex transactions across multiple sectors.

Hybrid working 2-3 days in the office.
