Our client is looking for an interim in house counsel from May 2025 for a period of 6-9 months. The role will be general commercial in nature and you will play a part in all facets of the organisation's operations.
As interim Legal Counsel you will be responsible for advising key stakeholders across its group of companies on a broad range of areas such as:
- Commercial contracts (including framework agreements)
- Supply contracts
- Data Protection
- Master supply agreements, agent/distributor/reseller agreements and non-standard terms for supply and purchase
- Disputes, employment and HR issues
- Software licenses and IT contracts
This role could appeal to an experienced 5+pqe senior lawyer looking for circa 2 days per week or possibly someone at the more junior end with good contracts experience looking for a full-time position. Office presence 1-2 days per week from their Oxfordshire HQ.
Role from May 2025 for 6+ months contract term.
