We have an exceptionally exciting and unusual in-house opportunity for a Share Schemes lawyer looking for a move in-house. Our client is a global corporate services organisation with locations in all key financial centres across the world. They are market leaders in employee share plan services and have further plans for expansion in 2025.

Reporting directly to the Head of Function, this role offers excellent quality work and work-life balance in equal measure. This key position provides broad-ranging, commercially focused legal support in relation to HMRC approved, unapproved and global employee share plans plus foreign law regulatory due diligence.

We are looking for an experienced Share Plans Lawyer to advise the business in employee share plans and their set-up, administration and regulated services including asset management and share dealing services. You will have the support of an experienced team of lawyers while having the autonomy to make your own decisions as team specialist.

Your breadth of responsibilities will enable you to engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders within the business. This is a high-profile role where you will be considered an industry expert within a fast-moving and dynamic organisation. The role could be based in London or Bristol on a hybrid working basis.
