We are looking for an experienced Litigator to join an established legal team based in Gloucestershire. Our client operates within the energy sector. This is a newly created position and as subject matter expert you will work closely with the General Counsel on a wide range of matters.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Debt recovery (BTB)
- Employment litigation
- General commercial litigation
