Bristol Background: Our client is a start-up law firm with an incredibly exciting journey ahead. We are looking for an exceptional business leader with a strong litigation background to spearhead the growth of this newly acquired firm into a large-scale enterprise in line with company objectives. With huge investment in infrastructure, new state of the art systems and forming part of a larger international network of group businesses, the stage is set to transform the legal practice into a major player in the legal market. With an existing multi-million-pound portfolio of work and fantastic ready-made key customer client base, this role represents a huge opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to build on these unique foundations.
Role: This is a senior leadership Board level role, responsible for all operational, growth and strategic aspects of the firm. You will have complete autonomy and ownership over the day to day running of a high growth specialist litigation law firm. You will develop opportunities for the firm and actively seek out new avenues, maximising the future potential. Your litigation background will be integral to the delivery of legal service. Your hands on approach during the growth phase to the more complex litigation files will blend with the supervision of a small legal team managing a range of complex and high volume legal work. You will have responsibility and oversight over a caseload of complex litigation and high volume matters, including personal injury, public liability, and commercial disputes.

Day to day team management experience. Hands on approach. Track record of achieving significant growth in highly competitive legal environments. Exceptional performance under pressure.
