Senior Legal Counsel – Technology

This leading software and technology company is a fast‑growing organisation with a rich history.

We are seeking a commercially astute and proactive Senior Legal Counsel to join the Brisk team.

This is a key role within the business, providing legal support across a broad range of commercial activities, with a particular emphasis on contract negotiation and management.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior commercial stakeholders across the business.

This is a highly commercial role with strong impact across the business.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including software licensing agreements, supply of services agreements, data processing agreements and NDAs
• Support the business in managing legal aspects of technology‑related agreements, including intellectual property matters and data protection compliance
• Regulatory compliance
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise accordingly

Experience required

• UK qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• Strong background in non‑contentious commercial law
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally within a technology‑driven environment
• In‑house or private practice background

There will be a requirement for 1‑2 days office presence.

We will not be able to support remote working.
