The Role
Clifton Ingram LLP is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to join our well-established and growing Commercial Property Team based in our Wokingham office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, progressive, and highly regarded Firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, together with genuine opportunities for career development and progression.
You will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments
- Commercial property finance and secured lending transactions
- Residential property matters where acting for companies
- Development and site acquisition work
- Property aspects of corporate transactions
- General commercial property advice for a range of business clients
In addition to running your own files, you will work closely with colleagues across the Firm and play an active role in business development. This includes networking, building and maintaining client relationships, and helping to raise the profile of both the department and the Firm.

The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in commercial property matters.
- Have strong technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of commercial property transactions.
- Be capable of managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Possess excellent communication and client care skills.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Have a proactive approach to business development and networking.
- Be a collaborative and supportive team player.
