Clifton Ingram is currently recruiting for two experienced full-time Paralegals to join their busy and rapidly growing Residential Conveyancing team based in Farnham. The role will be working with and supporting our experienced lawyers on a caseload of work across a range of matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role in the legal sector, with a working knowledge of Conveyancing processes and procedures. Experience with Tikit Partner for Windows would be advantageous. This role requires excellent client care skills, enthusiasm to deliver a great client service, organisation and being a team player.

It is also important to be comfortable with modern IT systems, both audio and copy typing, and diary management as well as being able to multi-task, set priorities and manage your own time effectively. Full range of administrative duties managing and responding to calls and providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors as required.

  • Opening files, ensuring all files are fully compliant
  • Drafting of contract packs
  • Dealing with post exchange administration
  • Preparing COTS
  • Carrying out final searches
  • Lodging SDLT and AP1
  • Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
  • Some dictation
