Clifton Ingram LLP is recruiting for a full-time Paralegal to join their busy Litigation team based in the Farnham office. This position is suitable for a candidate looking to gain invaluable experience working in the legal sector.

Your key duties will involve:

  • Corresponding and liaising by telephone and email with clients, solicitors on the other side, litigants in person, Court managers, Counsel’s clerk, Counsel.
  • Preparing hearing, trial, and mediation bundles.
  • Drafting Court documents in relation to both County Court and High Court proceedings.
  • Assisting with fee earning work to include drafting of pleadings, applications, instructions to Counsel and Witness statements.
  • Undertaking legal research.
  • General file and diary management to include arranging teams/conference calls.

The successful candidate will be a graduate ideally with previous work experience gained in the legal sector. Strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work both independently and as part of a team, enthusiasm and a desire to learn are all important criteria.
