Clifton Ingram is currently recruiting for a 3–5 year PQE Solicitor/FCILEX/Licensed Conveyancer to join our rapidly growing Residential Conveyancing team based in Farnham. The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload of residential files from initial instruction through to matter conclusion.

In addition, you will be expected to provide support to other members of the team as well as play a key role in business development and networking to enhance the profile of the Firm and Residential Conveyancing department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate looking for the next step in their career with a Firm that offers a competitive salary and benefits package as well as ongoing career progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a varied caseload which incorporates all aspects of residential conveyancing. With demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in residential property conveyancing work, the candidate must be a motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent business development skills along with the initiative to work under minimal supervision.
